ROOMS

We have 2 twin/king bedded rooms and 1 twin room.
All rooms are available as single rooms.

Check-in Times:
We are very flexible with our check in times, however we need a specific time of arrival so we can ensure that we are here when you arrive.
You are welcome to arrive anytime after 9 am to leave your car (if space is available) and bags. Rooms are normally ready to occupy by 1pm.
If you are not able to arrive at the agreed upon time, please call to let us know.

Children, Pets and Access:
Although we love children and animals, we are unable to accommodate children under 12 or pets. All rooms are above the ground floor and require stair climbing.

To Confirm a Room:
1 night's stay - £50 deposit
2 or more nights - cost of 1st night's stay
All deposits are non-refundable
